Peter Holland

Peter Holland and his dauther from Dallas, Texas in USA will be climbing the 7 day TK Rongai Route from 10th – 16th August 2013, for Nanapai, Ikirwa School and Korogwe Orphanage. The proceeds from this campaign will be used for a good cause to support this three charities in Tanzania.

My daughter Lucci and I are making this climb for Nanapai charity because we strongly believe in the concept of preserving the culture and customs of the local Maasai tribal people. We believe in supporting them with the education that they need to economically without the intervention of outside influences. We also want to help support the growing needs of the orphanages in the region which is dramatically increasing with over 3 million orphans living in the bush, the streets and alleyways. Due to the high mortality rate in childbirth of mothers with AIDS, over 500,000 children are left orphaned each and every year.

This campaign closed, having raised USD 570 for charity.
